سياسة الخصوصية لتطبيق «إيمان»

«إيمان» تطبيق لتنظيم الحياة اليومية: مهام، أهداف، صحة ولياقة، ميزانية، منزل، وصفات. تشرح هذه السياسة ما يخزّنه التطبيق، وما يغادر هاتفك ولمن، وكيف تتحكم فيه.

الخلاصة: لا حسابات ولا خادم لدينا، ولا إعلانات ولا تحليلات. بياناتك تبقى على هاتفك. الشيء الوحيد الذي يغادره هو ما ترسله أنت بضغطة زر إلى مزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي الذي تختاره بمفتاحك أنت، ودفع الاشتراك عبر Google Play.

2. ما يُخزّن على جهازك

يحفظ التطبيق كل بياناتك على هاتفك فقط. بعضها مشفّر وبعضها لا، ونذكر الفرق بصراحة:

• مشفّر بتشفير AES-256 بمفتاح محفوظ في Android Keystore: الملف الشخصي (الاسم والاهتمامات والأهداف)، الأدوية والمكملات وروتين العناية، التمارين وصورها وسجلها، المصاريف وخطة الميزانية، وجلسات المدرب.

• غير مشفّر داخل التطبيق: المهام اليومية، الأهداف، المؤونة والمستلزمات المنزلية، الوصفات، قائمة المشتريات، جدول الغسيل، صفحة الورد.

• مفاتيح مزوّدي الذكاء الاصطناعي التي تدخلها بنفسك: في التخزين الآمن لنظام أندرويد، وخارج النسخ التلقائي والنسخة المشفّرة. أما إعداد المزوّد (اسمه وعنوانه واسم الموديل) فغير مشفّر لأنه ليس سريًا.

• دقائق استخدام خمسة تطبيقات تواصل لليوم الحالي فقط، إن فعّلت بنفسك صلاحية «الوصول إلى بيانات الاستخدام» من إعدادات النظام. تبقى على الجهاز ولا تُرسل.

• حالة الاشتراك: نسخة مؤقتة على الجهاز، والمرجع هو Google Play.

3. ما يغادر هاتفك ولمن

لا يتصل التطبيق بالإنترنت إلا في حالتين:

أ) مزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي الذي تختاره أنت. ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي اختيارية وتحتاج مفتاحك الخاص من مزوّد تختاره (Gemini من Google، Claude من Anthropic، أو خدمة متوافقة مع OpenAI مثل OpenAI وxAI وGroq وOpenRouter وDeepSeek وMistral). لا يرسل التطبيق شيئًا إلا عند ضغطك على ميزة ذكاء اصطناعي، ويتصل مباشرة بعنوان HTTPS الذي اخترته (يرفض التطبيق أي عنوان لا يبدأ بـ https). ما يُرسل حسب الميزة:

• المساعد (محادثة): رسائلك، مع تعليمات تحمل اسمك واهتماماتك وأهدافك من ملفك الشخصي.

• تحليل صورة تمرين أو قراءة علبة دواء: الصورة نفسها.

• اقتراح وصفات: قائمة المكونات التي كتبتها.

• تحويل ملاحظة إلى مهام: النص الذي كتبته (لا يُسجّل صوت).

• اقتراح حدود الميزانية (اختياري): أربعة أرقام فقط — الدخل ومجموع المصروفات الثابتة وهدف الادخار والمتاح — بلا أسماء مصروفات ولا مصاريف مسجّلة، وبعد موافقتك الصريحة في كل مرة.

• المدرب «عمّق أكثر» (اشتراك اختياري): نص سؤالك وإجابتك، بعد فحص محلي لإشارات الأزمة. إن وُجدت لا يُرسَل شيء.

لا تمرّ هذه البيانات بخادم لدينا ولا نملك نسخة منها. تخضع لسياسة المزوّد وشروطه وحسابك لديه، فاقرأها قبل الاستخدام. يُعرض لك تنبيه بذلك داخل التطبيق. ويمكنك حذف المفتاح من الإعدادات فتتوقف هذه الميزات.

لا يُرسَل أبدًا: سجل مصاريفك، أدويتك المحفوظة، جلسات المدرب القديمة، دقائق استخدام التطبيقات، المهام والأهداف المخزّنة، ومفتاح أي مزوّد لأي جهة غير مزوّده.

ب) Google Play Billing. للاشتراك الشهري الاختياري في المدرب. تُعالج Google الدفع؛ لا نرى بطاقتك ولا بيانات الدفع، ونتلقى حالة الشراء فقط.

زر «تواصل معنا» يفتح تطبيق البريد على هاتفك برسالة جاهزة، ولا يُرسل التطبيق شيئًا بنفسه.

4. الصلاحيات

• الإنترنت: للاتصال بمزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي الذي اخترته وللتحقق من الاشتراك.

• الإشعارات والاهتزاز وإعادة الجدولة بعد إعادة التشغيل: لتذكيرات الأدوية وروتين العناية والمهام التي تضبطها بنفسك. التذكيرات محلية بالكامل يجدولها نظام أندرويد على جهازك، ولا تُرسل إلى أي جهة. قد يظهر اسم الدواء أو المهمة في نص التنبيه. ولا نطلب إذن الإشعارات إلا بعد أن تضبط أول تذكير.

• الوصول إلى بيانات الاستخدام (اختياري): لعرض دقائق خمسة تطبيقات تواصل لليوم على جهازك فقط. تفعّلها أنت يدويًا من إعدادات النظام، ولا تُرفع أي أرقام.

• لا نطلب الكاميرا ولا الميكروفون ولا الموقع ولا جهات الاتصال ولا التخزين العام. الصور تأتي من كاميرا النظام أو منتقي الصور حين تختارها أنت.

5. النسخ الاحتياطي

• النسخ التلقائي من Google (حسابك): يشمل البيانات غير المشفّرة المذكورة في القسم 2 وإعداد المزوّد بلا مفاتيح، ويستثني الصناديق المشفّرة ومخزن مفتاح التشفير. يخضع لإعدادات Google في حسابك.

• نسخة يدوية مشفّرة (ملف بامتداد emanbak): تنشئها أنت بكلمة مرور تختارها، وتحفظها حيث تشاء. لا نستطيع استرجاع كلمة المرور إن نسيتها. لا تشمل مفاتيح الذكاء الاصطناعي ولا حالة الاشتراك.

6. حذف بياناتك

زر «مسح كل بياناتي» في الإعدادات يحذف كل ما خزّنه التطبيق على جهازك نهائيًا. حذف التطبيق يحذف بياناته المحلية. أما نسخة Google التلقائية فتُدار من إعدادات حسابك. وما أُرسل إلى مزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي يُدار من حسابك لدى ذلك المزوّد.

7. الصحة والمدرب

«إيمان» أداة تنظيم وتذكير، وليس جهازًا طبيًا ولا بديلًا عن الطبيب أو المختص. لا يُشخّص ولا يصف علاجًا. إن كنت في حالة طارئة أو أزمة نفسية فتواصل فورًا مع الجهات المختصة في بلدك.

8. الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال، ولا نجمع عمدًا بيانات منهم.

9. الأمان

نشفّر أهم بياناتك على الجهاز كما في القسم 2، ونتصل بمزوّد الذكاء عبر HTTPS فقط. لا نظام آمن بالكامل، فاحمِ هاتفك بقفل شاشة ولا تشارك ملف النسخة المشفّرة مع أحد.

10. التغييرات

إذا أضفنا ميزة تغيّر ما ذُكر هنا (مثل المدخل الصوتي)، نحدّث هذه السياسة وتاريخ آخر تحديث فيها قبل أن تصل الميزة إليك.

Privacy Policy for the Eman app

Eman is a daily-life organiser: tasks, goals, health and fitness, budget, home, and recipes. This policy explains what the app stores, what leaves your phone and where it goes, and how you stay in control.

Summary: We run no accounts and no server. There are no ads and no analytics. Your data stays on your phone. The only things that leave it are what you choose to send to the AI provider you pick, using your own key, and the subscription payment handled by Google Play.

1. Who we are

2. What is stored on your device

The app keeps all of your data on your phone only. Some of it is encrypted and some is not; we say so plainly:

• Encrypted with AES-256, with a key held in the Android Keystore: your profile (name, interests, goals), medicines, supplements and care routines, exercises with their images and logs, expenses and budget plan, and coach sessions.

• Not encrypted inside the app: daily tasks, goals, home supplies and pantry, recipes, the shopping list, the laundry schedule, and the Wird page.

• AI provider keys that you enter yourself: stored in Android's secure storage, and excluded from automatic backups and from the encrypted backup file. The provider setup itself (provider name, address, model name) is not encrypted because it is not secret.

• Today's usage minutes for five communication apps only, if you yourself turn on the "Usage access" permission in system settings. This stays on the device and is never sent.

• Subscription state: a temporary copy on the device. The source of truth is Google Play.

3. What leaves your phone, and to whom

The app connects to the internet in two cases only:

A) The AI provider you choose. AI features are optional and need your own key from a provider you pick (Gemini from Google, Claude from Anthropic, or an OpenAI-compatible service such as OpenAI, xAI, Groq, OpenRouter, DeepSeek or Mistral). The app sends nothing until you use an AI feature, and it connects directly to the HTTPS address you chose (the app refuses any address that does not start with https). What is sent depends on the feature:

• Assistant (chat): your messages, with instructions that include your name, interests and goals from your profile.

• Analysing an exercise photo or reading a medicine box: the image itself.

• Recipe suggestions: the list of ingredients you wrote.

• Turning a note into tasks: the text you wrote (no audio is recorded).

• Budget-limit suggestions (optional): four numbers only (income, total fixed expenses, savings goal, and what is available), with no expense names and no logged expenses, and only with your explicit consent each time.

• Coach "Go deeper" (optional subscription): the text of your question and answer, after a local check for crisis signals. If any are found, nothing is sent.

This data does not pass through any server of ours and we keep no copy. It is governed by that provider's policy and terms and by your account with them, so please read them before use. The app shows you a notice about this inside the app. You can delete the key in Settings and these features stop.

Never sent: your expense log, your saved medicines, past coach sessions, app usage minutes, your tasks and goals in storage, and any provider's key to anyone other than that provider.

B) Google Play Billing. For the optional monthly Coach subscription. Google processes the payment; we never see your card or payment details, and we receive only the purchase status.

The "Contact us" button opens the email app on your phone with a ready message. The app sends nothing by itself.

4. Permissions

• Internet: to reach the AI provider you chose and to verify the subscription.

• Notifications, vibration, and rescheduling after a restart: for reminders about medicines, care routines and tasks that you set yourself. Reminders are scheduled entirely on your device by Android and are not sent anywhere. A medicine or task name may appear in the notification text. We ask for notification permission only after you set your first reminder.

• Usage access (optional): to show today's minutes for five communication apps, on your device only. You turn it on yourself in system settings; no numbers are uploaded.

• We do not request camera, microphone, location, contacts or general storage. Photos come from the system camera or the system photo picker when you choose them.

5. Backups

• Automatic Google backup (your account): includes the unencrypted data listed in section 2 and the provider setup without keys. It excludes the encrypted boxes and the encryption-key store. It is governed by the Google settings on your account.

• Manual encrypted backup (a file with the .emanbak extension): you create it with a password you choose and store it wherever you like. We cannot recover the password if you forget it. It does not include AI provider keys or subscription state.

6. Deleting your data

The "Clear all my data" button in Settings permanently deletes everything the app stored on your device. Uninstalling the app also deletes its local data. Google's automatic backup is managed from your account settings. Whatever was sent to an AI provider is managed from your account with that provider.

7. Health and the coach

Eman is an organising and reminder tool. It is not a medical device and not a substitute for a doctor or specialist. It does not diagnose or prescribe treatment. In an emergency or a mental-health crisis, contact the emergency or support services in your country straight away.

8. Children

The app is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

9. Security

We encrypt your most sensitive data on the device as described in section 2, and we reach AI providers over HTTPS only. No system is perfectly secure, so protect your phone with a screen lock and do not share your encrypted backup file with anyone.

10. Changes

If we add a feature that changes anything described here (for example voice input), we will update this policy and its "last updated" date before the feature reaches you.
